Details of the internal school-run after-school activities are set out below.

An email will be sent out from Aladdin at midday on Monday, 5 September 2022 with a link to google forms. This link will allow you to register your interest in particular after-school activities by allowing you to select the relevant after-school activities in the order of your child’s preference.

We would like as many pupils as possible to be able to participate in an after-school activity they are interested in and, on that basis, we hope to run three 10-week terms over the year with different pupils being offered places in each term. Places will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis with first choices being accommodated first, followed by second, third, and so on.

Football

2.30 pm to 3.30 pm for 10 weeks commencing:

• Tuesday, 13 September 2022 for 3rd and 4th Classes

• Wednesday, 14 September 2022 for 5th and 6th Classes

Cost: €50 per pupil. Payment must be made via Aladdin prior to the commencement of the activity.

GAA

2.30 pm to 3.30 pm for 10 weeks commencing:

• Monday, 12 September 2022 for 4th to 6th Classes

Cost: €50 per pupil. Payment must be made via Aladdin prior to the commencement of the activity.

NB Gum shield is compulsory for GAA.

Basketball

2.30 pm to 3.30 pm for 10 weeks commencing:

• Monday, 12 September 2022 for 3rd and 4th Classes

• Tuesday, 13 September 2022 for 5th and 6th Classes
  

Cost: €50 per pupil. Payment must be made via Aladdin prior to the commencement of the activity.

Hockey

2.30 pm to 3.30 pm for 10 weeks commencing:

• Thursday, 15 September 2022 for 5th and 6th Classes

Cost: €50 per pupil. Payment must be made via Aladdin prior to the commencement of the activity.

NB Gum shield and shin guards are compulsory for the hockey.

Choir

2.30 pm to 3.30 pm for 10 weeks commencing:

• Monday, 12 September 2022 for 3rd to 6th Classes

Cost: €50 per pupil. Payment must be made via Aladdin prior to the commencement of the activity.

Mindfulness

2.30 pm to 3.30 pm for 10 weeks commencing:

• Thursday, 15 September 2022 for 1st to 6th Classes

Cost: €50 per pupil. Payment must be made via Aladdin prior to the commencement of the activity.

Successful applicants will be notified and sent a payment link via Aladdin.

Unsuccessful applicants will remain on the waiting list for subsequent terms. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that everyone will get a place as this will depend on the number of applications.
